How it Works
We start by getting to know the goals of your fundraiser and understanding whether it is an ongoing project or a one-time event. From there we share your organization's story on our website and social media accounts to promote the fundraiser.

We'll then work together to create a unique coffee label for your fundraiser so that donors can easily recognize it. Having a branded coffee label will also help raise awareness for your fundraiser as the coffee bag sits on display in our shop!
One-Time
Fundraiser
We'll work with your organization to create a sell sheet for volunteers to distribute. We handle all the orders and shipping, and it's your job to help promote the fundraiser.
Groups who do a one-time fundraiser often become ongoing fundraisers, allowing donors to purchase coffee all year round!
Ongoing
Fundraiser
For a group that needs ongoing support we suggest setting up a page on the fundraising section of our web site. On this page potential donors can learn about your mission and buy coffee from the comfort of their own home. We'll handle all the orders and shipping, and its your job to help promote the fundraiser.
This approach has worked well for many groups from local sports teams to school clubs to bands and more!

Current Coffee Fundraisers
Pan Mass Challenge (PMC)
Since 2007, the Pan – Massachusetts Challenge, presented by the Boston Red Sox Foundation and New Balance, has donated 100% of every rider-raised dollar directly to cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

PHS-SEGA Tanzania Club
For the last year, the PHS-SEGA Tanzania Club has sponsored Salma Issa, a 15-year-old student from the Kilosa region of Tanzania. This fundraiser helps support Salma's full cost of education, room, board, and uniforms for the year.
