Port City Coffee Fundraiser

At Port City Coffee Roasters, we thoroughly believe in giving back to the community and, of course, providing fresh, delicious coffee. With our new fundraising program, we can do all both at once. This fundraiser allows organizations to raise money while knowing that the product they're selling is of great quality and superbly fresh. We're excited to help you introduce this new, unique fundraiser to your organization and eager to help your association earn lots of money.

How It Works?

The fundraiser begins by giving us a little bit of information about your organization. The next step is selecting the types and roasts of the coffees you would like your organization to sell and designing your labels. An ordering form is made up so that each individual can keep track of the amount and type of coffee sold. Then it is up to you and your group to sell as much coffee as possible by your chosen deadline. You earn a percentage per each pound sold, so the more you sell, the more you earn! On your deadline's date, your group must tally up the total number of each type of coffee sold and send that information along to us. That's when we start roasting, labeling, grinding, packaging and sending the coffee back to you. It's up to you to redistribute this delicious fundraising item and decide what to do with your groups new funds. But your fundraiser doesn't have to end at all! An ongoing PayPal page can be accessed so you can continue selling coffee for your cause.
